Same Great Service ... a Second Location to Serve You ...
We opened a second location to better serve you. C.A.R.S. has opened our second location at 9175 S. Old State Road (just South of Polaris Pkwy. next to CVS) in the Polaris area. The facility is named C.A.R.S @ Polaris and is staffed with familiar faces and a few new ones. Their website is www.carspolaris.com. Steve Lee (Service Manager since 1996 - Certified Master Technician and employee with C.A.R.S. since 1986) is the General Manager of the new facility. Working with Steve is lead technician Brad Nicholson, ASE Certified Master Tech and 11 years with the company. Brad moved from the original shop and joined Steve in order to ensure you get the same great quality at either location. Working with Steve and Brad are: Jarrod Maille and Lucas Baird (ASE Certified) in the shop, along with Joanie Wilson Office Manager, and Steve Pratt Service Advisor. We always strive to answer your questions and provide for your automotive needs. In order to help maintain your vehicle without having to be hassled, a new service has been added. The latest automotive service technology now allows us to have all your oil change and mileage service reminders sent straight to you via email. No more having to remember ... we will do it for you. You will have access to service records back to March 2002 for all your vehicles that we service, and can be printed online. If you would like a friendly reminder when your car is due for service or like access to check your records, just call or send us an email (service@clintonvilleauto.com). We'll do the rest. Just another way we continue to make your needs our top priority.
